冰水混合物保存绒山羊液态精液试验初报

Preliminary report on preservation of liquid semen of cashmere goats by ice-water mixture

为了明确绒山羊鲜精保存的温度条件,试验采用冰水混合物(0℃)保存绒山羊公羊液态精液(试验组)并与同样条件下的低温(4~5℃的水保存)保存液态精液(对照组)进行对比试验,测定精液参数指标。结果表明:试验组绒山羊公羊液态精液精子低温存活时间显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而试验组与对照组间保存后精子畸形率差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明用冰水混合物保存绒山羊液态精液效果良好。

The aim of this experiment is to make the technology of cashmere goat fresh and refined transportation and distribution more convenient,which is advantageous to the popularization and application in remote mountainous areas,by using ice-water mixture to preserve the liquid semen of cashmere goats and comparing with the liquid semen of cashmere goats stored at low temperature under the same condition.The results were as follows:0℃ice-water mixture(test group)was better than 4~5℃water-water method(control group)in the preservation of liquid semen of cashmere goats.The survival time of the test group was significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).But the sperm deformity rate after cryopreservation was not significantly different between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).The experiment proved that using ice-water mixture to preserve the liquid semen of cashmere goats was not only feasible,but also effective.
