肉牛霉变饲料中毒的诊疗与预防措施

Diagnosis,Treatment and Preventive Measures of Mildewed Feed Poisoning in Beef Cattle

由于加工调制、运输、储存不当使饲料发生变质、酸败和发霉。霉菌毒素产生大量的有毒代谢物,食用后导致动物肝脏、肾脏、胃肠道、免疫系统损害,甚至引起死亡。肉牛食用霉变饲料引起霉菌中毒是临床上常见的中毒疾病,饲料霉变不仅对畜牧养殖业造成损失,而且对人类的身体健康也造成危害。因此,控制肉牛健康养殖的饲料霉变发生率,事关养殖效益和健康。现介绍因饲料霉变引起肉牛霉菌中毒的病例,治疗效果较好,并提出加强饲料和饲养管理的技术措施。

The feed is usually deteriorated,rancid and moldy due to improper processing,transportation and storage.Mycotoxins produce a large number of toxic metabolites,which lead to the damage of liver,kidney,gastrointestinal tract and immune system to animals,and even death.Mildewed feedpoisoning for beef cattle caused is a common clinical poisoning disease by mildewed feed intake,which not only causes losses to animal production,but also does harm to human health.Therefore,controlling the incidence of feed mildew in healthy beef cattle production,it is related to raising efficiency and health.This paper showed that the cases of beef cattle poisoning caused by feed mildew,with good therapeutic effect.And the technical measures were put forward to strengthening feed and feeding management.
