血清PCT水平与血常规联合检测对肾结石治疗后脓毒血症发生的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析血常规联合血清降钙素原(PCT)检测肾结石治疗后脓毒血症发生的诊断价值。方法纳入2019年6月~2020年6月行经皮肾镜取石术的肾结石患者96例,依据术后是否出现脓毒血症分为非感染组(n=80)与感染组(n=16),均给予血常规联合PCT检测,分析检查结果。结果感染组患者术后血清PCT(0.81±0.30)ng/L、WBC(12.37±4.61)×10^(9)/L均高于非感染组(0.42±0.22)ng/L、(6.49±2.76)×10^(9)/L,且不同程度脓毒血症感染组患者,SOFA评分0~8分、9~16分及17~24分患者血清PCT分别为(3.17±0.94)ng/mL、(17.54±7.24)ng/mL、(36.41±12.52)ng/mL、WBC分别为(10.52±4.52)×10^(9)/L、(15.64±4.04)×10^(9)/L、(18.64±4.35)×10^(9)/L,呈逐渐上升趋势发展,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血常规联合PCT检测针对肾结石治疗后脓毒血症的诊断具有积极意义,动态监测患者PCT指标能早期评估治疗后脓毒血症的发生。
