摘要
目的探究陀螺旋转式钴60立体定向放疗联合免疫治疗老年晚期无病理学检查肺癌患者的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月-2022年03月,就诊于肿瘤科的老年晚期无病理学检查肺癌患者50例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各25例患者。两组均采用陀螺旋转式钴60立体定向放疗,治疗组联合免疫治疗,观察两组的治疗疗效、肿瘤标记物CEA的变化及治疗前后体力状况(PS)评分。结果(1)治疗组有效率为60%,对照组治疗有效率为44%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗组肿瘤标记物CEA明显下降,较对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。(3)治疗组PS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论陀螺旋转式钴60立体定向放疗联合免疫治疗可提高老年晚期无病理学检查肺癌患者的治疗疗效,改善生活质量;有望成为老年晚期无病理学检查肺癌患者治疗的一个新策略。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gyro-rotating cobalt 60 stereotactic radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy on elderly patients with advanced non-pathologically examined lung cancer.Methods A total of 50 elderly patients with advanced lung cancer without pathological examination admitted to the Department of Oncology from January 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups received gyro-rotating cobalt 60 stereoscopic radiotherapy,and the treatment group received combined immunotherapy.The therapeutic effect,changes of tumor marker CEA and physical condition(PS)score before and after treatment were observed.Results(1)The effective rate of the treatment group was 60%,and that of the control group was 44%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The tumor marker CEA in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).(3)PS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Gyro-rotating cobalt 60 stereotactic radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy can improve the therapeutic efficacy and quality of life of elderly patients with advanced lung cancer without pathological examination.It is expected to be a new treatment strategy for elderly patients with advanced lung cancer without pathologic examination.
