蓝光照射联合布拉氏酵母菌对新生儿黄疸患者疗效与安全性的影响 被引量:1

The Effect of Blue Light Irradiation Combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii on the Efficacy and Safety of Neonatal Jaundice

摘要 目的分析蓝光照射联合布拉氏酵母菌对新生儿黄疸患者疗效与安全性的影响。方法以随机样本抽样法,于2018年1月-2020年12月收治的新生儿黄疸患儿中,抽取70例,以抽签法均分为两组。对照组蓝光照射治疗,观察组用蓝光照射+布拉氏酵母菌治疗。对比两组治疗效果,胆红素、经皮黄疸指数及相关指标、不良反应发生率及免疫功能。结果与对照组,观察组治疗总有效率明显提高(P<0.05),治疗后总胆红素、经皮黄疸指数明显降低(P<0.05),黄疸持续时间和住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05),不良反应发生率下降(P<0.05),治疗后,免疫功能指标明显提高(P<0.05)。结论蓝光照射+布拉氏酵母菌治疗新生儿黄疸效果显著,可以快速改善胆红素指标,减少治疗时间,不良反应少,对新生儿机体免疫功能有调节作用。 Objective To analyze the effect of blue light irradiation combined with Saccharomyces boulardii on the efficacy and safety of patients with neonatal jaundice.Methods By random sampling method,70 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to our hospital(January 2018-December 2020)were selected and divided into two groups by lottery.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation,and the observation group was treated with blue light irradiation+Saccharomyces boulardii.The therapeutic effects,bilirubin,transcutaneous jaundice index and related indicators,incidence of adverse reactions and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly improved(P<0.05),the total bilirubin and transcutaneous jaundice index were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the duration of jaundice and hospital stay were significantly shortened(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions decreased(P<0.05),and after treatment,the immune function indexes were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusions Blue light irradiation+Saccharomyces boulardii has a significant effect in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,can rapidly improve the bilirubin index,reduce the treatment time,and have few adverse reactions,and can regulate the immune function of the neonates.
