甲硝唑联合康复新液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果观察

Effect of Metronidazole Combined with Kangfuxin Liquid Retention Enema on Ulcerative Colitis

目的探究甲硝唑联合康复新液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法选择2019年12月-2020年12月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者采用地塞米松注射液10 mg、思密达3袋溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液150 ml中保留灌肠;观察组患者采用100 ml浓度为0.5%的甲硝唑注射液联合50 ml康复新液保留灌肠治疗。结果在治疗效果方面,观察组患者总有效率为95%,高于对照组的80%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不良反应的发生情况方面,观察组患者显著低于对照组患者,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在肝肾功能损害程度方面,观察组患者显著低于对照组患者,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上治疗溃疡性结肠炎时采用甲硝唑联合康复新液保留灌肠,可有效降低患者不良反应的发生情况,对肝肾功能损害较小,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of Retention Enema with Metronidazole and Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:Control Group and Observation Group,patients in the control group were treated with dexamethasone injection 10 mg,SMECTA 3 bags dissolved in 0.9%sodium chloride injection 150 ml,and patients in the observation group were treated with metronidazole injection with 0.5%concentration 100 ml combined with 50 ml Kangfuxin retention enema.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,which was higher than that of the control group 80%,(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of liver and kidney function damage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Retention Enema with Metronidazole combined with Kangfuxin solution in clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients with less damage to liver and kidney function,the effect is significant.
