摘要
目的探讨脐血sTREM-1、SP-A、SP-D水平与胎膜早破足月新生儿感染的关系。方法选择2019年8月~2021年8月收治的符合纳入标准的胎膜早破足月新生儿为观察组;选择同期出生的无胎膜早破足月新生儿为对照组。新生儿娩出后,抽取脐静脉血,测定其sTREM-1、SP-A、SP-D水平,比较两组脐血sTREM-1、SP-A、SP-D水平。结果脐血sTREM-1(ng/L):观察组68.41±9.91;对照组41.15±7.95。脐血SP-A(ng/mL):观察组10.35±3.11;对照组14.68±3.25。脐血SP-D(ng/mL):观察组89.28±12.15;对照组133.36±15.36。经统计学分析,P均<0.05,差异显著。结论胎膜早破足月新生儿感染后,脐血sTREM-1水平升高,SP-A、SP-D水平降低,联合检测对胎膜早破足月新生儿的感染发病风险具有一定预测价值。
Objective To explore the relationship between cord blood sTREM-1,SP-A,SP-D levels and fetal membrane early break full-month neonatal infection.Methods Select the newborns who met the criteria for admission to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 as the observation group;Select the newborns born in the same period without a fetal membrane early to full moon as the control group After the newborn was delivered,the umbilical vein blood was extracted to determine the levels of sTREM-1,SP-A,SP-D,and the levels of two sets of cord blood sTREM-1,SP-A and SP-D were compared.Results Cord blood STREM-1(ng/L):Observer Group 68.41±9.91;Control group 41.15±7.95.Cord blood SP-A(ng/mL):10.35±3.11;Control group 14.68±3.25.Cord blood SP-D(ng/mL):Observer Group 89.28±12.15;Control group 133.36±15.36.Statistically,P<0.05,with significant differences.Conclusions After the infection of newborns with early rupture of the fetal membrane,the level of cord blood STREM-1 was raised,the level of SP-A and SP-D was reduced,and the joint detection had certain predictive value to the risk of infection in newborns with early rupture of the fetal membrane.
