小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支原体肺炎患儿96例

96 Cases of Mycoplasma Pneumonia Treated by Infantile Douqiao Qingre Granule Combined with Montelukast Sodium

目的探讨小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠对96例支原体肺炎患儿的治疗效果。方法选取2018年12月-2019年11月收治的支原体肺炎患儿96例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组。研究组48例行小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,对照组48例采用阿奇霉素+孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组炎症因子、肺功能改善情况。结果治疗后两组患儿CRP、PCT水平均有所改善,研究组效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿FVC、FEV、PEF水平比较(P>0.05);治疗后两组患儿FVC、FEV、PEF水平均有所增加,但研究组增加程度更为显著(P<0.05)。结论对支原体肺炎患儿行小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,能改善患儿肺功能,抑制炎症反应,具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Infantile Douqiao Qingre granule combined with Montelukast sodium on 96 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital.Methods 96 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study,and randomly divided into control group and research group.Forty-eight patients in the study group were treated with Infantile Douqiao Qingre granule combined with Montelukast sodium,and 48 patients in the control group were treated with azithromycin+Montelukast sodium.The improvement of inflammatory factors and lung function was compared between the two groups.Results CRP and PCT levels in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the effect in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of FVC,FEV and PEF levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV and PEF in the two groups were increased,but the degree of increase was more significant in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusions For children with mycoplasma pneumonia,the treatment of Xiaoqiaoqingle granule combined with Montelukast sodium can improve the lung function and inhibit the inflammatory response,with good clinical efficacy and worthy of promotion.
