中医特色人文护理在儿科护理中的应用

Use of TCM-based Humanistic Care in the Pediatric Department

目的分析在儿科护理中实施中医特色人文护理的作用。方法选择进行治疗的84例儿科患儿为研究样本,其研究时间均在2019年4月-2020年4月之间。采取随机数字排列表法将其分成常规组(42例)以及实验组(42例),予以常规组患儿基础护理措施,予以实验组患儿基础护理以及中医特色人文护理,对比每组护理纠纷事件出现率;干预前后患儿HAMA得分;总满意度。结果实验组与常规组护理纠纷事件出现率依次是2.38%、14.29%(P<0.05)。干预后实验组患儿HAMA得分低于常规组(P<0.05)。实验组与常规组总满意度依次是95.24%、78.57%(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理中实施中医特色人文护理,可减少护理纠纷事件,改善患儿焦虑情绪,提升护理满意度,发挥一定临床应用效果。

Objective To study the use of TCM-based humanistic care in the pediatric department.Methods 84 children(2019.04-2020.04)in our pediatric department were chosen as research samples.According to random tabulation method,children were divided into routine group(42 cases)and experimental group(42 cases).The routine group received the basic care;the experimental group received the basic care and TCM-based humanistic care.The incidences of nursing disputes,HAMA(Hamilton anxiety scale)scores and overall satisfaction were compared.Results The incidences of nursing disputes in the experimental group and routine group were 2.38%and 14.29%,respectively(P<0.05);HAMA scores in the experimental group were lower than routine group(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction in the experimental group and routine group was 95.24%and 78.57%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions TCM-based humanistic care can reduce the nursing disputes and children’s anxiety emotions,and increase the clinical nursing satisfaction.
