摘要
近年来,随着浦东机场的不断发展,航班持续的增量使得对机场交通的保障需求不断增高。而枢纽交通保障中,出租车在旅客集散方式中的分担率达15%,日平均保障出租车近万辆次。随着浦东机场航空业务的不断拓展,以及迪士尼、海洋公园等周边优质项目的不断上线,机场区域的出租车需求变得愈发紧张,围绕短途产生的各种负面问题也不断凸显,因此,不断完善出租车管理是浦东机场持续发展、向世界先进枢纽机场看齐的必备条件。而出租车智能化管理系统正是瞄准这一枢纽机场出租车管理的难点。本文对出租车智能管理系统的构建与实践加以研究,以实现枢纽机场的出租车精细化管理。
In recent years,with the continuous development of the Shanghai Pudong International Airport and the increase of its flights,the demand for traffic support at the airport kept rising.In terms of the traffic support at the hub,taxies transport 15% of the passengers,with nearly 10,000 taxi rides per day on average.As the airport’s aviation business expands and the roll-out of surrounding high-quality projects such as the Disney park and ocean park,the demand for taxies in the airport area has become more and more intense,and problems in connection with short-distance rides emerge.Hence,it’s requisite to improve the taxi management for the airport as it aims to develop further and become a world-class hub airport.The intelligent taxi management system just targets the difficulty of hub airports in taxi management.To implement fine taxi management in hub airports,this paper studies the development and implementation of intelligent taxi management systems in major transportation hubs.
