摘要
航站区施工、维保维修等项目因为涉及航站楼安全、消防、空防等重要因素,导致办理过程产生涉及部门较多、审批环节繁琐、流程时间较长等问题。作为航站楼主管单位,沪港公司党委近年来坚持“以人民为中心”的重要理念,以驻楼单位需求为导向,通过走访驻楼单位听取意见建议、细究流程步骤、工作方式从坐等审批向主动靠前等转变,成立了驻楼单位服务中心,汇聚航站楼各保障单位,致力打造新型航站楼“办事大厅”。
Construction and maintenance projects in the terminal area are facing problems such as departmental redundancy,bureaucratic procedures of review and approval,and overlong time taken for business process due to many important factors involved such as security,firefighting and air defense of the Terminal.Hugang,as the management organization of the Terminal,has been adhering to the important"people-oriented"concept in recent years.In order to solve the above problems,we visited organizations settled in the Terminal to listen to their suggestions,and explored business procedures in detail,and changed from the passive working mode to an active one.In response to the demands of organizations settled in the Terminal,we established a service center,where guarantee units of the Terminal are gathered,devoting to build the center into a new office hall for the Terminal.
