With the execution of summer&autumn flight schedule as of March 28,Shanghai Pudong International Airport,which has the largest international passenger flow among China’s civil airports over the years and is therefore the most severely affected by the global spread of COVID-19,has scheduled to operate an average of more than 1500 flights per day,basically recovering to the level of the same period in 2019,while the domestic passenger flow and the domestic air traffic volume have already significantly exceeded that of 2019.Behind the reversal is Shanghai Pudong International Airport’s timely transformation and innovation in the context of China’s early victory against the virus as well as the joint efforts of upstream and downstream colleagues in the civil aviation sector.
