5G Empowers Smart Civil Aviation Shanghai Airport Authority Signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Companies in the Communications Industry

为贯彻落实《上海市推进新型基础设施建设行动方案(2020—2022年)》,加快5G网络建设与创新应用,8月24日上午,上海机场集团与中国电信上海分公司、中国移动上海分公司、中国联通上海分公司、中国铁塔股份上海分公司签署《上海机场5G系统建设及应用合作框架协议》,在浦东机场和虹桥机场就5G网络建设及智慧民航应用展开合作,通过新一代信息技术,助力民航业向高质量转型升级。

In order to implement the Action Plan to Promote New Infrastructure Construction in Shanghai(2020-2022) and speed up 5G network construction and innovative application, on the morning of August 24, the Shanghai Airport Authority signed the "Cooperation Framework Agreement on 5G Construction and Application at Shanghai Airports" with China Telecom Shanghai Branch, China Mobile Shanghai Branch, China Unicom Shanghai Branch and Shanghai Branch of China Tower Corporation Limited to cooperate on construction of 5G networks and application of smart civil aviation technologies at Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, facilitating the high-quality transformation and upgrading of the civil aviation industry through the new-generation information technology.
