摘要
本文结合锥体壳段壁板产品的结构形式和自动钻铆系统的特点,研制了一种适用于自动钻铆的柔性定位工装,得到满足自动钻铆需求的高精度预装配组件。通过对产品和钻铆设备建模,进行自动钻铆仿真分析,优化工艺流程。开展自动钻铆工程应用研究,验证了产品定位方式的合理性、数控程序及工艺流程的可行性、可靠性。
According to the structural form of the cone shell section wall panel and the characteristics of the automatic drilling and riveting system,a flexible positioning tool suitable for automatic drilling and riveting was developed.A high-precision pre assembly component meeting the requirements of automatic drilling and riveting was obtained.Through the modeling of products and drilling and riveting equipment,automatic drilling and riveting simulation analysis was carried out to optimize the process flow.The Research on application of automatic drilling and riveting was carried out.The results of the research showed that the panel parts positioning way was rational,numerical control program and process flow was feasible and reliable.
