摘要
目的了解北京市通州区公共场所环境微生物及公共用品用具卫生状况,为卫生监督和管理提供数据支持。方法于2016—2021年对北京市通州区商超书店、住宿场所、游泳场所、医院(候诊室)、文娱场所、沐浴场所、美发场所及办公场所等677家公共场所进行卫生指标检测。结果公共场所室内空气中细菌总数合格率为97.72%(1331/1362),不同类型场所室内空气细菌总数合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=44.30,P<0.05)。空调送风中各检测指标合格率均为100%。不同公共场所织物、卫浴洁具、茶具、美容美发工具样品中细菌总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌合格率分别为81.39%,100%,100%,不同类型公共用品用具细菌总数合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=171.13,P<0.05)。结论本次调查的北京市通州区公共场所用品用具微生物卫生状况较好。今后应进一步加强对公共场所公共用品用具的卫生检测,加强对公共场所的监督监测工作。
Objective To understand the environmental quality of public places and the sanitary status of public supplies in Tongzhou district,Beijing,and provide the scientific data support for health supervision and management.Methods 677 public places such as hotels,beauty salon and public bathrooms in Tongzhou district from 2016 to 2021 were chosen for the hygienic test.Results The qualified rate of the total number of bacteria in indoor air of public places was 97.72%(1331/1362),and the differences were significant among the different type public places(P<0.05).The all air supply test qualification rate of air conditioner was 100%.The qualified rate of total bacteria,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 81.39%,100%and 100%respectively in smeared samples of textile,sanitary ware,tea set,hairdressing tools.There was a statistically significant difference in the qualified rate of the total number of bacteria between different types of public appliances(P<0.05).Conclusion Microbial sanitation of public supplies and utensils meets national standards in Tongzhou district,Beijing.The quantitative and hierarchical management of health supervision in public places should continue to be promoted,and the supervision and monitoring strengthened.
