2013—2023年饮用水抗生素研究文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of drinking water antibiotics from 2013 to 2023

摘要 目的分析近十年来饮用水抗生素污染特研究趋势。方法选择CNKI和WoS核心数据库为数据来源,分别以“饮用水”、“抗生素”、“drinking water”,“antibiotics”为主题词,对2013年1月1日—2023年7月10日数据库收录的相关文献进行检索。利用CNKI和WoS数据库的文献计量功能统计作者发文量、发表年份等。在Citespace6.2R4中根据图谱对关键词词频、中心性、关键词聚类平均轮廓值S、聚类模块值Q、发文作者和机构网络密度、网络节点N、网络连线等进行分析。结果共检索出英文2454篇、中文246篇相关文献,按照纳入标准和质量控制要求,最终纳入英文2407篇、中文236篇进行分析。饮用水抗生素污染研究领域的文章总体呈上升趋势,但国内发文量与国外发文量相比差异较大;国内关键词出现频次较高的是饮用水、抗生素,国外常见关键词“Antibiotic resistance”等;国内对于抗生素抗性基因等研究弱于国外的研究;研究热点逐渐变为人体健康风险、抗生素抗性基因等。结论饮用水抗生素污染得到国内外研究者的高度关注,今后的研究重点为饮用水抗生素抗性基因潜在的风险评估。 Objective To analyze the research trend of antibiotic contamination in drinking water in the past decade.Methods CNKI and WoS core databases were selected as the data sources,and the relevant literature included in the databases from January 1,2013 to July 10,2023 was searched with"drinking water","antibiotics"as the subject words,respectively.The bibliometric function of CNKI and WoS databases was used to count the number of papers published by authors and the year of publication.In Citespace6.2R4,the keyword word frequency,centrality,keyword clustering average contour value S,clustering module value Q,network density of authors and institutions,network node N,and network connection were analyzed according to the graph.Results A total of 2454 papers in English and 246 papers in Chinese were retrieved,and 2407 papers in English and 236 papers in Chinese were finally included for the analysis according to the inclusion criteria and quality control requirements.The number of papers in the field of drinking water antibiotic contamination was generally on the rise,but the number of papers published in China was quite different from that published abroad.The most frequent domestic keywords were drinking water and antibiotics,and the common foreign keywords were"antibiotic resistance".The domestic research on antibiotic resistance genes was weaker than that of foreign research.The research hotspots had gradually changed to human health risks,antibiotic resistance genes,etc.Conclusion Antibiotic contamination in drinking water has attracted great attention from researchers at home and abroad,and future research focuses on the potential risk assessment of antibiotic resistance genes in drinking water.
