浙江省温州市居民饮水暴露参数调查

Investigation on drinking water exposure factors of residents in Wenzhou,Zhejiang province

目的掌握浙江省温州市居民饮水暴露参数情况,为后续进行饮水健康风险评价提供基础数据。方法于2022年10月,采用自行设计问卷,以网络问卷形式对居住在温州市时长≥6个月的居民进行调查,获取居民基本情况、饮水量、皮肤涉水活动时间等重要参数。结果浙江省温州市居民主要饮用自来水,以开水为主。全体调查对象饮水量中位数为1475.1 ml/d,成年居民饮水量为1582.1 ml/d,未成年居民饮水量为1278.5 ml/d。不同季节、性别、年龄、BMI值居民饮水量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。居民日常生活活动的皮肤涉水总时间为31.9 min/d,其中洗澡时间最长(9.0 min/d),女性涉水活动时间(32.5 min/d)大于男性(29.8 min/d)。成年居民体重和皮肤体表面积分别为57.7 kg和1.47 m^(2),其中成年男性为70.5 kg和1.84 m^(2),女性为54.5 kg和1.56 m^(2)。未成年居民体重和皮肤体表面积分别为33.8 kg和1.14 m^(2),其中未成年男性为32.7 kg和1.12 m^(2),未成年女性为35.2 kg和1.17 m^(2)。结论浙江省温州市居民饮水量和皮肤涉水活动受季节、性别、年龄等多因素影响,且与其他国家和地区存在差异,故进行区域化饮水暴露参数调查十分必要,以保证后续饮水健康风险评价结果的准确性和科学性。

Objective To understand the drinking water exposure factors of residents in Wenzhou,Zhejiang province,so as to provide the basic data for the follow-up drinking water health risk assessment.Methods In October 2022,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the residents who had lived in Wenzhou,Zhejiang for more than 6 months via an online questionnaire.The basic situation of the residents,water intake,skin wading activity time and other important factors were collected.Results The residents in Wenzhou mainly consume tap water,primarily boiled water.The median water intake of all residents was 1475.1 ml/d,that of adults was 1582.1 ml/d,and that of minors was 1278.5 ml/d.There were significant differences in water intake among residents in different seasons,gender,age and BMI(P<0.05).The total skin wading time for daily living activities was 31.9 min/d,among which the bathing time was the longest(9.0 min/d),and the wading time for women(32.5 min/d)was greater than that for men(29.8 min/d).The overall adult resident body weight and skin surface area were 57.7 kg and 1.47 m^(2),respectively,70.5 kg and 1.84 m^(2)for adult males and 54.5 kg and 1.56 m^(2)for females.The body weight and skin surface area of adolescent residents were 33.8 kg and 1.14 m^(2),respectively,of which 32.7 kg and 1.12 m^(2)were for adolescent males and 35.2 kg and 1.17 m^(2)for adolescent females.Conclusion Water intake and skin wading activities of residents in Wenzhou,Zhejiang province are affected by season,gender,age and other factors,and there are differences with other countries and regions.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a regional survey of water exposure factors to ensure the accuracy and scientificity of follow-up water health risk assessment results.
