摘要
纳米氧化铜(nanometer copper oxide)作为一种应用前景广泛的纳米材料,常被使用在光电制品、化工、生物医学领域。随着工业化的不断推进,纳米CuO对环境和生物的影响受到了越来越多的重视。本文综述了纳米CuO的不同物化性质及其应用,重点阐述了纳米CuO的神经毒性,包括CuO的毒性机制、对神经系统功能的损害,并对纳米CuO暴露与阿尔兹海默症(AD)、帕金森病(PD)等神经退行性疾病之间的潜在关联进行了分析,以期将纳米CuO对神经系统可能造成的毒性进行系统性的总结,并对未来研究方向进行展望。
As a kind of nanomaterials with broad application prospects,nanometer copper oxide(nano-CuO)is often used in optoelectronic products,chemical industry,and biomedicine.With the continuous advancement of industrialization,the impact of nano-CuO on the environment and biology has received more and more attention.This paper reviews the different physical and chemical properties of CuO nanoparticles and their applications,and focuses on the neurotoxicity of CuO nanoparticles,including the toxic mechanism of CuO and the damage to nervous system function.The potential association between CuO nanoparticles exposure and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and Parkinson’s disease(PD)is analyzed.In this paper,the possible toxicity of nano-CuO to the nervous system was systematically summarized,and the future research direction was prospected.
