生活饮用水中拟除虫菊酯类农药的空气辅助分散液液微萃取-气相色谱-质谱测定法 被引量:1

Determination of pyrethroids pesticides in drinking water by air-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combined with GC-MS

摘要 目的建立生活饮用水中联苯菊酯、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯的空气辅助分散液液微萃取-气相色谱-质谱测定法。方法以氯仿为萃取剂,通过注射器往复抽吸进行空气辅助分散液液微萃取,萃取物经离心后取沉积有机相进行气相色谱-质谱测定。结果该方法线性范围为0.2~200μg/L,相关系数为0.9991~0.9996。检出限为0.05~0.22μg/L,回收率为71.5%~103.3%,RSD为1.9%~8.2%。结论该方法操作简便,省时高效,绿色环保,适用于生活饮用水中菊酯类农药的检测。 Objective To establish the method for determination of pyrethroids pesticides,such as biphenthrin,permethrin,cypermethrin,fenvalerate and deltamethrin,in drinking water by air-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction-GC-MS.Methods Chloroform was used as extractant,the air-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction was realized through repeated sucking and injecting of water samples using the syringe.After centrifugation for extracts,sedimentary organic phase was taken for measurement by GC-MS.Results The linear range was 0.2-200μg/L,correlation coefficients were 0.9991-0.9996,detection limits were 0.05-0.22μg/L,the recovery rates were 71.5%-103.3%with RSDs of 1.9%-8.27%.Conclusion This method,simple,time-saving,efficient,environmentally and friendly,is suitable for determination of pyrethroids pesticides residue in drinking water.
