沙门菌耐药性及检测方法研究进展 被引量:4

Research progress on drug resistance and determination of Salmonella

摘要 随着抗菌药物的广泛使用,沙门菌的耐药性日趋普遍,对沙门菌耐药机制进行深入研究,加快新型、快速检测方法的开发尤为迫切。该文综述了沙门菌耐药机制,包括抗菌药物作用的靶位基因突变、灭活酶和钝化酶、生物被膜等,并对沙门菌的常规培养法、免疫检测技术、分子生物等检测方法和耐药性检测方法进行了综述。 As antimicrobial drugs were used widely,drug resistance of Salmonella is becoming common,it is urgent to research the mechanism of drug resistance of Salmonella,and the new,rapid methods for determination.This paper reviewed the progress on the mechanism of drug resistance of Salmonella,including the mutation of target gene,inactive enzymes,modified enzyme and biofilm,as well as the detection of Salmonella,including traditional cultivation,immunological detection technology,molecular biotechnology and assay for drug resistance.
