摘要
目的评价Legiolert酶底物法与《公共场所卫生检验方法第五部分:集中空调通风系统》(GB/T 18204.5—2013,以下简称"分离培养法")在集中空调通风系统冷却塔水中嗜肺军团菌检测中的应用。方法对112件武汉市集中空调通风系统冷却塔水水样分别采用Legiolert酶底物法与分离培养法进行嗜肺军团菌检测。结果Legiolert酶底物法对水样中嗜肺军团菌的检出率为83.04%(93/112),高于分离培养法检出率[73.21%(82/112)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于集中空调通风系统冷却塔水中嗜肺军团菌的检测,Legiolert酶底物法的检出率优于分离培养法。
Objective To evaluate the detection of Legionella pneumophila(L.pneumophila)in cooling water of central air conditioning ventilation system by Legiolert and isolation culture.Methods L.pneumophila in 112 samples of cooling tower water from central air conditioning ventilation system in Wuhan were detected by Legiolert and isolation culture.Results The detection rate by Legiolert[83.04%(93/112)]was statistically and significantly higher than that[73.21%(82/112)]by isolation culture(P<0.01)for L.pneumophila in water samples.Conclusion For the detection of L.pneumophila in cooling tower water of central air conditioning ventilation system,the detection rate by Legiolert is better than that by isolation culture.
