摘要
目的建立生活饮用水中灭草松的大气压固体分析探头离子源直接进样串联质谱测定方法。方法水样用微量移液器直接上样,在离子源去溶剂气温度为500℃、电晕针电流为5μA、毛细玻璃管伸出探头长度为2.5 cm条件下,采用大气压固体分析探头正离子化模式,以多反应监测(MRM)方式进行检测。结果在1.5~50.0μg/L的线性范围内,所得灭草松的回归方程为y=374.1x+145.4,r=0.9992。方法的检出限为0.5μg/L,平均回收率为106.3%~113.5%,RSD为12.5%~13.8%。结论该方法快速、灵敏度高、准确,适用于生活饮用水中灭草松的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of bentazone in drinking water by atmospheric pressure solids analysis probe ionization source-mass-mass spectrometry(ASAP-MS-MS).Methods Water samples were directly conducted with micropipette.The ionization source desolvation gas temperature was 500℃,the corona needle current was 5μA,and the capillary glass tube extended probe length was 2.5 cm,MS-MS was performed by atmospheric solids analysis probe ionization in positive mode with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.Results In the linear range of 1.5-50.0μg/L,the regression equation of bentazone was y=374.1x+145.4,r=0.9992.The limit of detection of the method was 0.5μg/L.The average recoveries of the method were 106.3%-113.5%,and relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 12.5%-13.8%.Conclusion This method has been proved to be rapid,accurate,sensitive and is applicable to the determination of bentazone in drinking water.
