摘要
大气细颗粒物(fine particulate matter,PM2.5)可引起一系列的细胞毒性反应,表现为细胞增殖阻滞、细胞凋亡及自噬、细胞炎症反应及染色体畸变、DNA损伤、细胞能量代谢异常等。其中呼吸系统的失代偿性细胞炎症反应与急性肺损伤、慢性阻塞性肺病及肺纤维化等的发生密切相关,且炎症反应被认为在多数癌症的发展过程中起重要作用。该文就PM2.5介导的细胞炎症反应信号通路进行综述。
The widest research of fine particulate matter is PM2.5,which may cause a series of cytotoxic effects,including cell proliferation arrest,apoptosis and autophagy,cellular inflammatory reactions and chromosomal aberrations,DNA damage,abnormal cell energy metabolism,etc.Among them,the decompensated cellular inflammatory response in the respiratory system is closely related to the occurrence of acute lung injury,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary fibrosis,and the inflammatory response is considered as a key role in the development of many cancers.In the present paper,the recent studies on the PM2.5-mediated cellular inflammatory response signaling pathway were reviewed.
