大气污染与儿童哮喘研究方法进展

Air pollution and childhood asthma:a review of recent studies

摘要 哮喘是儿童最常见的慢性病。环境因素被认为是导致儿童哮喘患病率急剧增加的危险因素,有关大气污染与儿童哮喘的研究正在世界范围内广泛开展。该文从大气污染暴露评估、研究设计类型、采用的统计学分析方法及研究结局四方面对大气污染与儿童哮喘相关研究的现状进行综述,并提出建议和展望。 Asthma is one of the most common chronic diseases among children.The environmental factors are considered to be risk factors for a sharp increase in the prevalence of asthma in children.The researches on air pollution and childhood asthma have been carried out worldwide.The present paper mainly discussed the researches from four aspects including the exposure assessment,design type of study,statistical methods used and outcome analysis,and the suggestions for the further researches were also presented in the paper.
