肠道厌氧菌在水体粪便污染源及病原微生物监测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 动物粪便直接排放不仅会造成水体中氮磷含量的升高,同时也造成了病原微生物的传播以至危害人体健康。因此,对水体中生物性污染来源的确定是采取有效防治措施的前题。厌氧菌是动物体肠道的主要菌种,而且部分菌种具有高度的宿主特异性,同时厌氧菌与某些病原微生物在自然环境中具有一定的关联性,因此是水体粪便污染源的良好指示菌。该文对主要的肠道厌氧菌进行介绍,并就其与常见的病原微生物在水体中的生存状况及其关联进行概述。 Direct excretion of animal excrement will not only lead to the increase of nitrogen and phosphorus in water,but also cause the spread of pathogenic microorganisms and endanger human health.Therefore,the determination of the source of biological contamination in water is a prerequisite for effective prevention and control.Anaerobes are the main species of the intestinal tract of animals,and some strains have a high degree of host specificity.At the same time,they have some similarities with certain pathogenic bacteria in the natural environment,therefore,they are the good indicators for faecal contamination of water sources.This paper mainly introduced the main intestinal anaerobic bacteria,and summarized their survival of environment in combination with common pathogenic microorganisms.
