《汉书》颜注引用三《礼》评议

Commentary on the Citation of The Rites in Yan Shigu's Annotations of Han Shu

《汉书》颜师古注引用三《礼》经文与郑注共计103条,引用方式包括直接引用、删省原文、以意引用等。颜师古对郑注并非一意遵从,而是客观辨析。在《汉书》颜注中,有5处直接或间接的驳斥之例,分别是“昆虫”“素食”“鲍鱼”“若不得谢”“索隐行怪”。与《史记》三家注、《后汉书》李贤注相比,颜注具有两个鲜明特点:一是对郑注的引用较少,且多为暗引;二是引经之后多有释读,以阐发己意。颜注保存了7处三《礼》异文,可帮助了解唐初以前礼经文本的文字差异。

Yan Shigu's annotations of Han Shu refer to a total of 103 passages from.The Rites and Zheng Xuan's annotations,including direct quotation,omission of the original text,and quotation with meaning.Yan Shigu did not blindly follow Zheng's notes,but objectively discriminated and analyzed them.In the Yan Note of Han Shu,there are five examples of direct or indirect refutation,namely,“insects”,“vegetarian”,“abalone”,“if you can't thank me”,and“acting mysteriously”.Compared with the three annotations of Shiji and Li Xian's annotations of The Book of the Later Han Dynasty,Yan's annotations have two distinct characteristics:first,there are fewer references to Zheng's annotations,and most of them are hidden references;Secondly,there are many interpretations after the introduction of scriptures to clarify one's own meaning.Yan's annotations have saved seven different texts from The Rites,which can help understand the textual differences in the text of the Book of Rites before the early Tang Dynasty.
