新高考背景下湖北省“学考选择考”题库框架系统设计和技术路径研究

Research on Framework System Design and Technical Paths to Building Item Bank of Hubei Province's“General Senior Secondary School Academic Proficiency Examination”under Background of New Gaokao Reform

普通高中学业水平选择性考试(简称“学考选择考”)是近年来我国不断深入推进高考改革的产物,“学考选择考”试题库则是随之因运而生的必要手段。在教育考试大变革的背景下,建立湖北省“学考选择考”题库是新形势下湖北省考试组织和命题工作者必须承担的使命。对这一领域的探索性研究,其目的在于:依据教育部和国家考试院的顶层设计,参照兄弟省市的经验,提出覆盖全流程的湖北省“学考选择考”题库总体框架设计,并对题库建设的阶段性实施方案以及存在的重难点问题等提出建设性意见。

In recent years,with the continuous deepening of the reform of college entrance examination(gaokao),General Senior Secondary School Academic Proficiency Examination in Chian has been promoted,and then the item bank has become an essential part.In the context of education exams reform,it has been a historical mission for the examination organizers and examination paper designers in Hubei Province to establish a question bank for"academic proficiency exams".Such being the case,based on the top-level design of the Ministry of Education and the National Examinations Authority,as well as the experience of sister provinces and cities,the exploratory research here aims to propose an overall framework design for Hubei Province's“General Senior Secondary School Academic Proficiency Examination”.Meanwhile,constructive suggestions are also put forward for the phased implementation of the question bank construction,and the existing key problems.
