论当前高校学生法律素养的培育与法制教育考核评价体系的完善

On Development of Contemporary College Students’Legal Literacy

当前我国高校大学生的整体法律素养偏低,法律意识淡薄,缺乏运用法律素养去解决问题的思维和能力。高校作为大学生工作前学校教育的最后一站,应当承担起培育大学生法律素养的责任,通过合理的教育与引导,树立牢固的法制观念,充分认识我国当前社会主义法制的优越性、复杂性、艰巨性,树立积极向上的人生观和法制观。

This article holds that at present,Chinese college students are lack of legal awareness or thoughts&ability to solve problems by law.In another word,the overall situation of Chinese college students’legal literacy is far from satisfactory.Actually,since university is the last stop of college students’education journey,it is urgent for colleges and universities to shoulder the responsibility of fostering their students’legal literacy.To be specific,colleges and universities need to put great efforts to help their students to keep firm to legal concept,and have a better understanding of the superiority and complexity of China's socialist legal system and the difficulties it faces.Hopefully,in this way,students be fostered with a positive outlook on life and the legal system.
