全国教育考试科研课题成果现状及提升对策研究——以国家教育考试科研规划2017年度立项课题为例

Research on Current Status of National Education Examination Research and Countermeasures——Taking Projects(in 2017)Supported by Research Plan for the National Education Examinations as an Example

首先对国家教育考试科研规划2017年度立项课题结题情况做整体描述,继而用CiteSpace软件对课题成果论文进行可视化分析,得出课题研究成果总体丰富,达到该轮次立项课题的研究预期;教育部教育考试院研究实力突出,已成为领军力量,是教育考试领域科研的核心研究机构;产出了一些服务决策成果,可直接应用于工作实践的论断。且为了进一步提升成果质量,还必须加强顶层设计、规划引领;缜密推进、注重过程管理,用持续的关注促进高结题率;完善教育考试领域的分级科研管理体系;引导、培育、吸引更多研究力量,实现教育考试领域研究能力整体提高;搭建以《中国考试》为核心的期刊合作平台,为课题成果的宣介赋能。

Firstly,the present article shows how many projects supported by the 2017 National Education Examination Research Plan have been successfully completed.Then,by the use of CiteSpace software,the article analyzes the results of the project-based research,and finds that most of the studies have completed and achieved the targeted goals resulting a satisfactory outcome.Moreover,it is also found that the National Education Examinations Authority of the Ministry of Education,with her outstanding research strength,has become a leading force and the core research institution in education examination research in China.In addition,some decision-making conclusions have been produced and directly applied to practice.However,in order to further improve the quality of related research,it is still necessary for the plan to put great efforts into the aspects such as guidance to help with top-level design and planning,process management and the percentage of project completion,hierarchical management system of education exams,inviting more research forces to participate in,and a journal cooperation platform centered on the journal of"China Examinations"to empower the dissemination of research,etc.
