新高考招生录取方式下高校招生的挑战与应对——以江苏新高考前后高校志愿征求数据为例

Challenges of College Enrollment with New Admission Method and Countermeasures——Taking Figures of College Application in Jiangsu Province as an Example

江苏省新高考招录方式下,高校招生缺档出现新变化,高职高专院校征求志愿计划急剧上升,民办高校缺档严重,专业集中性缺档现象严重。面对后疫情时代对不同行业就业带来的挑战,考生和家长在选择专业时愈加谨慎;一些专业或招生规模过大或招生人数增长过快,导致相关专业毕业生供大于求。为此,高校应加强办学风险意识,深入分析生源市场问题背后的成因,建立风险预警与防范机制,有效化解生源市场风险带来的办学风险;贯彻落实立德树人根本任务,深度推进产教融合,切实提升高校招生力,加快实现高质量发展。

With the upgraded admission method,Jiangsu Province has witnessed great changes in candidates’application for colleges,such as a sharp increased gap between the quota and the real applications for both the higher vocational schools and the private colleges,as well as the huge gap between the numbers of candidates for specific majors and the plan of the colleges to admit fresh students.The changes can be largely contributed to candidates and parents’cautious selection of majors or disciplines when they witnessed the difficulties of job-hunting brought by the epidemic,and as well as the supply-demand imbalance of graduates from related majors due to previous unnational expansion of college enrollment,etc.Such being the case,colleges and universities are supposed to establish risk warning&prevention mechanisms by means of analyzing the causes for the problems,and raising awareness of risks as well.Moreover,colleges and universities are also supposed to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,promote the integration of industry and education,and enhance the enrollment capacity.In this way,colleges and universities are expected to make progress in high-quality development.
