摘要
劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育的重要内容。高校开展劳动教育内蕴培育时代新人、发展素质教育、落实立德树人根本任务的成长逻辑。当前,虽然高校在积极探索劳动教育的新模式、新方法、新路径,但还是遭遇了劳动价值观念、劳动教育方案、劳动课程师资的三重困境。为此,高校亟需从强化思想政治教育、优化劳动教育课程顶层设计、推动师资队伍建设的实践进路完善劳动教育体系,提升劳动教育育人实效。
Labor education,as an important content of socialist education with Chinese characteristics in the new era,embodies universities’goal of cultivating talents of the times,promoting all-round education,and the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.However,even with their efforts into exploring new models,methods,and paths for labor education,universities and colleges still face problems in aspects of values,programs,and staff for labor education.Such being the case,universities are strongly recommended to enhance both the system and the effectiveness of labor education by means of strengthening ideological and political education,optimizing the top-level design of labor education courses,and progressing the building of teaching workforce,etc.
