高校大学生“慢就业”成因调研与对策研究

Research on Causes of College Students’Delayed Employment Phenomenon and Countermeasures against Problems

就业是民生之本。当前,就业难已成为社会各界共识,然而,与就业难相对应的却是大学生群体中出现的“慢就业”现象。采取问卷调查方式,深入了解与分析高校大学生“慢就业”现象的成因,从增加就业岗位供给、提升就业服务有效性、增加个人创新创业能力方面精准施策,破解高校大学生“慢就业”难题。

SEmployment is the most basic component of the people’s wellbeing;therefore,the current increasing competitionand grim situation in talent and employment market has aroused public attention.On the other hand,contrary to the need and motivation to actively face the situation,many college students chose to“lie down”and delay to hunt for a job.In view of“delayed employment”phenomenon,this article,based on a questionnaire survey,intends to investigate and analyze the causes of this phenomenon among college students,and offer some solutions to the problem o“f delayed employment”such as society’s offering more job openings,the state’s improving employment services and helping to enhance employee’s innovation and entrepreneurship ability,etc.Hopefully,this can provide some insights into the phenomenon of college students’employment difficulties.
