论高考综合改革背景下普通高中发展性评价体系的建构

On Construction of Developmental Evaluation System in Senior High School under Background of Comprehensive Reform of Gaokao

高考综合改革给高中的教学与评价带来了深刻影响,在这一改革背景下,普通高中迫切需要建设发展性评价体系,这种新型的学校评价制度摒弃了近二三十年来现有评价制度存在的弊端,具有重要的现实指导意义。在解析高考综合改革的背景下,明确发展性评价的指标要素,探索政府、市场和学校三者共同作用的发展性教育评价体系,利用发展性的评价理念促进学生、教师和学校的持续性健康发展。

The comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination/gaokao has brought a profound impact on the teaching and evaluation of senior high schools.Under the background of this reform,ordinary senior high schools urgently need to build a developmental evaluation system.This new type of developmental evaluation system,emerged and progressed in the past twenty or thirty years in response to the shortcomings of the existing evaluation system,has brought significant insights into both real practice and theoretical studies.This article,starting from the comprehensive reform of gaokao,intends to make clearer the indicator elements of the developmental evaluation,and the roles of the three parties of government,market and school who are involved together in the system.Undoubtedly,the developmental evaluation system will help to promote the sustainable and healthy development of students,teachers and schools.
