戏剧·影视学类艺术专业考评体系的调整优化——以播音与主持艺术专业为例

On Adjustment and Optimization of Evaluation System for Arts Major of Dramatic Arts & Film and Television School——Taking Broadcasting and Anchoring Major as An Example

我国戏剧·影视学类艺术专业考评体系通过近20年的实践验证发现,真正进入各省、市及中央电视台等专业广播电视媒体从事播音与节目主持工作的“科班”毕业生仅占半数左右。因而,应对现有考评体系存在的问题进行调整优化,实现构建更加完善、趋于合理、客观公正、操作性强的戏剧·影视学类艺术专业考评体系,同时借鉴国外相关高校在艺术专业考试评委的遴选聘用环节中尽量选用“专家或专业人士”的经验做法。

The evaluation system for arts major of dramatic arts&film and television major in China has undergone the shift from school examinationto provincial unified examination.The 20years’practice in the past has found that there are millions of graduates of broadcasting and anchoring art major in this discipline;however,on average,only about half of the graduates have entered fields of professional radio and television media in metropolisto engage in broadcasting and program hosting work.In this case,it is urgent that the existing evaluation system should be adjusted and optimized to achieve a more perfect,reasonable,objective,fair and operational evaluation system for art majors in drama&film and television.Meanwhile,the experience of selecting"experts or professionals"as interviewers and judges for art major examination(a method adopted in some foreign universities)can be taken as reference.
