民办高职教育招生现状及对策研究

招生是民办高职教育发展的关键环节,其行为规范性决定着民办高职教育发展的质量。当前民办高职教育招生工作存在着商业化运作模式,干扰教学中心地位和不遵守规矩等问题,它们是外部原因和内部原因共同作用的结果,其严重影响着民办高职教育人才培养质量和社会声誉。针对这些问题,可采取的针对性对策有:完善顶层设计,遏制招生不规范行为;构建各方协同机制,努力提高民办高职教育社会认可度;建立自律机制,减少不规范办学行为;增加育人成果供给量,强化民办高职教育品牌意识。

As a key procedure in the whole process,the admission to private vocational colleges plays a vital role in the development and the prospect of the private vocational education.However,problems occur in the work of admission offices in the private vocational colleges,such as commercialized operation mode and cheating,etc.which threatened the teaching-centeredness,talent training quality and social reputation of private higher vocational education.To solve these problems,some countermeasures can be taken,such as improving the top-level design to curb the illegal enrollment;building a coordination mechanism among all parties and striving to gain full recognition from the society;establishing self-discipline mechanism to reduce phenomena of unmannerly administration;and increasing the supply of educational achievements and the awareness of vocational education branding.
