高考综合改革的育人功能:目标与路径

On Comprehensive Reform of Gaokao for Purpose of Fostering Talents-Goals and Paths Xu Dongbo

随着高考综合改革的纵深推进,其育人功能愈加明显。高考综合改革的育人目标是促进学生健康、全面、个性化、可持续发展。为了实现这些目标,考试形式方面,通过破除文理分科,实行选考、赋分与一年两考制度,以促进学生全面和个性化学习、缓解学生学业压力;考试内容方面,通过命题改革以及与新课程新教材改革相配合,以培养学生的核心素养;招生录取机制方面,通过使报考专业与高中选课相挂钩、将综合素质评价作为“一参考”,以提升学生生涯规划能力、发展学生的综合素质。

With the deepening of the comprehensive reform of it,the national college entrance examination,gaokao,has played a more essential role in fostering talents,for the purpose of promoting students’healthy,comprehensive,individual,and sustainable development.In order to achieve these goals,we can spare no efforts in at least three aspects:firstly,in terms of forms of examination,we can adopt the policies of selective subjects for gaokao,weighted scoring for final grades and two yearly gaokao examinations,etc.,apart from themethod of no division between liberal arts and sciences.Hopefully,this can helpto promote students’comprehensive and personalized learning and relieve their pressure.Secondly,in terms of content of examination,the exam paper setting could be reformed in accordance with the reform of the new curriculum,aiming to cultivate students’core literacy.And thirdly,in terms of admission mechanism,students’all-rounddevelopment should be taken as a“single standard and reference.”Meanwhile,students’majors in the college and their selective subjects in high schools need to be connected,for the purpose of improving their career planning ability and all-round development.
