摘要
学生课业负担过重,是困扰中国基础教育的老大难问题。多少年来,循环减负,不得其解。需要追根溯源,厘清成因,对症下药。社会保障与人的现代化,一直不到位、不匹配,是导致社会焦虑转移到教育端口集中爆发的根本原因。长期以来,教育业内人士与教育业外人士受到文化与环境的诸多制约,造成观念固着与行为偏差。走出困境,需要内外兼修、软硬兼施、统筹兼顾、综合施策,务求标本兼治。此番“双减”政策出台,问题导向,精准以对,直击要害“,微创手术”的意蕴相当明显。锚定“作业”和“培训”这两个外显的“病灶”,靶向治疗。在此基础之上,实现学校教育教学质量的根本性提升。
It has been a long-standing problem puzzlingChina’s basic education that students have shouldered excessive academic burden.Although relative reforms have been carried out for many years,the problems have not yet been resolved.The root-cause,according to this article’s humble study,may lie in the imbalance betweeninsufficient social security and higher-level needs derived from human modernization.In another words,there has been a clear disconnect between the words and actions of educators and practioners,who are unfavorably affected by the surroundings and regulations.In this case,to provide ultimate and effective solutions to the problems,only radical reform might work.That is why the policy of“double reduction”has been put forward and implemented around the country.With the introduction of the"double reduction"policy,the top two troubles of“homework”and“off-campus tutoring”are expected to be dealt with in a way of“going to the throat.”Hopefully,a fundamental improvement in the quality of school education and teaching will be achieved after these efforts.
