关于高校心理健康教育工作中出现的问题及改进措施

在高校日常学生管理过程中,要特别注意学生的心理健康问题,因为这一问题严重影响了学生的生活学习和人际关系,对于当代大学生的身心健康发展非常重要。因此,基于高校心理健康教育的实际价值以及目前高校心理健康教育工作存在的问题,提出对于完善高校大学生心理健康教育工作的具体方式,以期提高高校心理健康教育工作的效果。

In the daily work of student administration in colleges and universities,special attention should be paid to the psychological health of students,because this has played an important role in students’life,learning and interpersonal relations.Such being the case,the present article,based on the actual value and the existing problems of psychological health education in colleges and universities,tries to put forward some suggestions about the psychological health education of college students,with a view to improving the mental health education in colleges and universities.
