自考生学籍档案信息化管理探析——以湖北省为例

On Information Administration of Self-taught Students’ Status Files——Take Hubei Province as an Example

以经济学中供给理论的核心观点与习近平总书记提出的供给侧结构性改革的经济策略为视角,重新审视高等教育自学考试中自考生学籍档案管理的现状,分析学籍档案管理中存在的问题,并提出在以实现《中国教育现代化2035》中要求的“全面落实立德树人,建立全民终身学习的制度环境”为目标的自考生学籍档案管理制度改革的相应对策。

Based on the core points of supply theory in economics,and the economic strategies of the supply-side structural reformproposed by President Xi Jinping,this article tries to reexamine the current situation of the management of self-taught students’status files,finds out the problems,and meanwhile,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures against the problems and as well as suggestions about the reform,in view of the goal of"fully implementing fostering virtue through education,and establishing a modern education system of lifelong learning for the whole people",as required inChina’s Education Modernization 2035 plan.
