摘要
开展教育考试研究是省级教育考试机构全体干部职工专业发展的重要途径,教育考试研究可以促进干部职工专业知识的丰富、专业技能的提高和专业理想的树立等观点已经成为业内的共识。作为直面省级教育考试机构全体干部职工的科研管理部门,如何在原有的基础上创新管理机制,如何以全体干部职工专业成长的需要为转移,研究符合教育考试科研发展规律、符合省级教育考试机构客观实际的教育考试科研管理工作模式,成为一个迫在眉睫的重要问题。
It has been an important way for all cadres and workers in provincial educational examinations authorities to carry out education examinations research because the research work makes valuable contributions to cadres and workers’professional knowledge,skills,and ideals.In this case,in regards to the administrative offices who oversee the scientific research work by the cadres and workers in local provincial education examinations authorities,it is quite important for them,by means of following the examples of the original management mechanism and the new motives of the professional growth of all cadres and workers,to set up a work style which is in line with the principles for educational examination scientific research and the real situation in local educational examination authorities.
