摘要
以湖北省武昌实验中学为例,开展高中数学骨干教师职业生涯"高原现象"问题的成因及其对策研究。目前,已总结出七项主要成果及学术价值,但由于研究范围较窄,还需继续寻找其他解决路径。
By taking Wuchang Experimental High School in Hubei Province as an example,this article studies the causes of and countermeasures against the"plateau phenomenon"in the career life of senior high school mathematics backbone teachers.At present,seven main gains have been achieved.However,due to the limited space of research,there is still room for further studies.
