构建高职院校教学诊断与改进机制的探索与实践

摘要 高职教育已进入高质量发展阶段,构建全过程、全员、全方位、多方法(简称"三全一多")的教学诊断与改进机制是提高人才培养质量的有力保证。通过从三级质量目标体系的建立、制度和标准体系的完善、过程控制并持续改进三个方面探讨高职院校教学诊断与改进机制的建立与实施,从而为高职院校推进教学诊断与改进工作提供借鉴和参考。 In the context of higher vocational education’s advanced development,to construct ateaching diagnosis and improvement mechanismof full-process,all-staff,all-direction,and multi-method,is a guarantee to the good quality of the talents.Therefore,this article,starting from three aspects of the establishment of the three-level quality target system,the perfection of the policy system and standard system,the process control and continuous improvement,intends to offer some reference to the task of construction ofteaching diagnosis and improvementfor higher vocational colleges.
