以人民为中心视角下的我国普通高校专升本招考政策分析——以江西省为例

Analysis of Examination and Admission Policy for Top-up Program in China from a People-based Perspective——Taking Jiangxi Province as an Example

基于以人民为中心的发展思想,通过案例省份江西省历年的普通高校专升本招考政策在文件标题与内容、考生选拔范围与条件、招生计划、考试科目、录取程序、政策照顾范围六个方面的调整,分析我国普通高校专升本招考政策的演变。以此说明在普通专升本领域贯彻以人民为中心的发展思想在我国高等教育办学体制机制改革、提高人才培养质量以及促进招考事业高质量发展等方面均具有十分重要的意义。

This article,with a people-centered view,and based on a case study ofthe titles and contents,selection standards,admission plan,examination subjects,admission procedures,and preferential policies,etc.of the examination and admission work for top-up program(a policy to allow junior college student upgrade to university student)in Jiangxi province,analyzes the evolution of the examination and admission system in China.The findings show that the people-centered view in top-up program plays an important role in the reform of higher education system,the improvement of students’quality,and the advancement of admission work.
