考试经济作为一种社会现象,其价值导向影响着社会和个体的价值取向。考试经济的价值导向,要以考试人群的实际需要为基础,满足考试主、客体以及最终用户对于考试活动效率和考试活动公平的需求,满足人类社会生产和生活的实际需求;以统整、融合考试与人之关系为目的,将考试的主、客体从繁杂的考试活动中解放出来,提升考试活动的效率,为人类的生存、生活服务;以提升考试活动全过程的质量为宗旨,引入市场机制,为主、客体的考试活动提供高质量的考试产品、技术和服务,发挥考试的效能,推动考试领域的改革;以推动考试事业的发展为目标,为考试的发展提供物质和技术支持,为考试的组织和施行提供实践参照,进一步增强考试的专业化和科学性。

As a social phenomenon,examination economy and its value orientation affect the value orientation of both the whole society and individuals.Such being the case,this article holds that the value orientation of the examination economy should comply with the suggestions as follows:firstly,the value orientation of exams is supposed to be examinees-centered.To be specific,it needs to meet the needs of the subject,object,and end-user of the examination,for the efficiency and fairness of examination activities,and meet the ultimate needs of humanlife.Secondly,it is supposed to aim at the integration of examination and people,thus the people involved can be freed from the examination,and so the efficiency can be improved and examinations can serve human beings in a better way.Thirdly,we should introduce market mechanism,to provide high-quality examination products,technologies,and services,thus,give full play to the efficiency of examination,and then promote the reform of examination.Finally,in order to promote the development of the examination,and offer material and technical support,as well as practical reference for the organization and implementation of the examination,we need to enhance the specialization and scientificity of the examination.
