PDCA循环视角下硕士研究生招生质量问题探析与对策建议

Analysis and Suggestions on Postgraduates Quality from Perspective of PDCA Cycle

随着我国硕士研究生招生规模不断扩大,研究生教育越来越凸显其质量的重要性。研究生招生工作作为研究生教育的起始环节,如何提升招生质量成为一个亟待解决的问题。PDCA循环理论强调一切质量管理都是计划—实施—检查—改进的过程。在其理论视域下分析我国硕士研究生招生工作在每一过程中存在的计划不合理、人员管理松懈、督导不到位以及基本缺乏改进等问题。并基于这些问题,以提升我国硕士研究生招生质量为目标,提出相应对策建议:科学合理规划,优化招生体系;严格人员管理,提高实施绩效;完善检查机制,以督导促提升;立足现实问题,促进招生改进。

With the increased number of postgraduatesadmitted every year in China,people pay closer attention to the quality of postgraduate education,which is supposed to start from the admission work.Ashow to improve the quality of postgraduates has become an urgent problem to be solved,PDCA cycle theory,which emphasizes that all quality management is a process of planning,implementation,inspection,and improvement,is used here.With the help of PDCA theory,this article finds that there are problems in the procedures of admitting postgraduates such as unreasonable plan,lax personnel management,inadequate supervision,and little improvement,etc.To resolve the problems,and help to select better postgraduates for the universities,we need to take some measures such as optimizing the admission system with scientific planning,strengthening implementation performanceby use of strict personnel management,enhancing the inspection and supervision mechanism;and finally solving practical problems by improving admission work.
