敢闯敢试勇担当 从严从细求实效——襄阳市中小学教师资格考试工作创新探索

Bravery of Breaking-through, Trial and Shouldering Responsibility, Pursuit for Strictness, Meticulousness and Practical Efficiency——Exploration of National Teacher Certification Examination for Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools in Xiangyang City

自2011年下半年湖北省作为全国两个试点省份之一开展中小学教师资格考试以来,襄阳市教师资格考试的考生人数逐年增加、考试要求越来越严、考试风险防控任务越来越重、考试组织协调的工作量越来越大,社会关注度越来越高。面对新形势,要做好中小学教师资格考试工作,必须敢闯敢试勇担当,从严从细求实效,积极开展教师资格考试工作的创新和探索。

Since the second half of 2011,when Hubei Province,as one of the two pilot provinces in China,has carried out the teacher certification examination in primary and secondary schools,the number of examinees for this examination in Xiangyang City has increased year by year,the examination requirements become stricter,the task of invigilating exams more demanding,the workload of examination organization and coordination increased,and public attention higher as well.Such being the case,in order to manage it well,the work of teachers’certification examination for primary and secondary schools are supposed to be carried out in a strict,careful and efficient way.Meanwhile,the innovation and exploration are also to be attached importance to for the work.
