摘要
新课程改革条件下,校本研究成为基层教育科研工作者的主要研究范式,成为促进教师专业成长的基本途径。基层的校本研究应该根植"校本",立足课堂,在"小课题""真问题"上做文章,扎实开展行动研究,才能更好地推动新课程改革。
Against the background of new curriculum reform,school-based research has become the main research paradigm of grass-roots education researchers and a principal means of professional growth of teachers.The school-based research at the grass-roots level should be rooted in the school,attach importance to"small topics"and"actual problems",and carry out action research solidly,so as to better promote the new curriculum reform.
