摘要
介绍了新能源动力电池带来污染风险,梳理了我国针对新能源动力电池回收的政策,并基于此提出了综合性的汽车电池回收模式,并围绕该模式建立与完善电池回收的法律与规定。最后总结了废旧动力电池回收的梯级利用机制、拆解技术及其经济效益。
This paper introduces the pollution risks of new energy power batteries,sorts out my country’s policies for the recycling of new energy power batteries,and proposes a comprehensive vehicle battery recycling model based on this,and establishes and improves battery recycling laws and regulations around this model.Finally,the cascade utilization mechanism,dismantling technology and economic benefits of the recycling of waste power batteries are summarized.
