某车型在行驶过程中,驱动轴在花键根部位置断裂。通过对断口宏观、微观、材质进行分析,并进行受力状态校核,确定驱动轴断裂主要原因为轮毂连接螺栓未紧固,导致早期断裂失效。

During the driving process of a vehicle,the drive shaft broke at the root of the spline.By macroscopic and microscopic fracture,material analysis,and check the force state,it is determined that the main cause of driving shaft fracture is the wheel load connection bolt is not fastened,leading to early fracture failure.
