摘要
本文研究了一种异质异构机载天线罩,将拼装组合式改进为一体化铺层成型式,克服了异质异构天线罩的热不匹配性问题,解决了在温度环境试验中的偶发故障。经过功能性能测试和环境试验,验证了方案的可行性,最后给出了结论和总结了设计流程。
This paper studies a kind of different materials and structures airborne radome,and improves the assembly combination type to the integrated layering forming type,which overcomes the problem of thermal mismatch,and solves the accidental failure in temperature environment test.After functional performance test and environment test,the feasibility of the scheme is verified,the conclusions and the design process are summarized.
